We slice it into pieces. And then the woodpeckers love it. Usually something falls, doesn't it? Yeah. Well, one of the things that I do every day is feed the birds. I have chickens, so we have fresh eggs. Me and my husband, we are foodies. That's what we do. We ride around. We’ll just, we don't even have a destination. Sometimes. Some days we start off and we end up Madawaska. So that's the best way to experience culture is the food. My four front teeth, my original teeth were caps. So one of them broke and then the other one broke. I went to this dentist with my front tooth gone and had been gone for six months. My saying was that teeth don't make a woman. I'm a smiler. I smile a lot, so it was important to me for it to be natural. And my husband supported me with the whole adventure because he knew that I am a smiler and it was important to me. Karen was referred from one of the practices we worked with and she lost a tooth. But you know, the moment she walked in, she said, I know I need more. And she was looking for something permanent, fixed, and that would really restore a smile. He just smiled and said, I can help you. All the things he looked at, all the things the other dentist was finding as roadblocks. Dr. Then, he just said, I can help you. And he did. I found my place. I found my people. We did all our diagnostics, a digital workup, made all the surgical guides, and she came in and 24 hours later, she had a whole new set of teeth. It changed my life. People stop me that don't even know me and say beautiful smile all the time. It's like having my own teeth I'm so pleased with them. I couldn't have asked for anything better.

We're in Water Valley, little snow today. Winter won't give up quite yet. Maine is a choice. I'm going to make some homemade pasta today because that was one of the few things I could reliably eat and I learned how to make pasta. It's a lot easier out of the bag or out-of-the-box, but I enjoy cooking. I actually went to a local dentist because I was having some some issues and they they gave me the the heart information that I needed a full extraction. I was pretty rocked. I think it was like 2 weeks later I went in and pulled them all out and then that dentist left the practice. They couldn't do the rest of the procedure so they referred me to quarantine. Andy has been wearing an upper denture for many, many years. It it just no retention and didn't really hold well. Life was with dentures was terrible. I'm glad that's behind me. So he came in and it was life changing for him, you know, and one day you're indentious, the next day you have your teeth back. The team at quarantine were amazing. My local dentist wanted to make sure I was in a good place. Just I knew the least one life.
